Family therapy offers a structured, supportive space to slow down and explore the dynamics shaping your relationships, communication patterns, and individual roles within the family. Together, we create opportunities for understanding, healing, and growth that honor each person’s unique place in the family system.
What does this look like?
Grounded in a relational and systemic approach, our work focuses on identifying patterns of interaction that maintain conflict or distance, while also highlighting strengths and connections.
In therapy, we foster open communication and mutual respect, supporting families in practicing active listening and empathetic responses. This helps families navigate challenges and build resilience.
Through this process, every voice is acknowledged and valued, creating a foundation for healthier relationships and more supportive family dynamics moving forward.

Rates
Family intake, 60 minutes: $300
Family therapy, 60 minutes: $275
Consultation, out-of-office,
and crisis support, per 15 minutes: $65
Dr. Telang is out-of-network with insurance providers. If you have out-of-network coverage, she can submit claims directly to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Superbills can also be provided upon request.
